The company is not what it us to be. I feel that if we do not like where the company is heading we can leave. I feel like the company do not care about there management team. We never get compensated from what we do instead you want to take away from the management team. We all work hard.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is a lot thrown at us to get done but t the same time we need to be on the sales floor. a lot of emails, documents, compliance that needs to get done but wants us again on the sales floor. There are not enough hours being given to us to get the things done that the company wants done.
