I have a neutral opinion about the company. I'm disappointed with the lack of advancement. Additionally, I'm disgusted with so many people brought on making more than me with less experience or same experience.

Family atmosphere in the store and district
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm eager to do my best, lead my team, help people, and be better than yesterday.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Newer Store Managers and Assistant Managers with less experience hired at a higher rate. VERY UNFAIR!!!!!!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is friendly. The DD is knowledgeable and eager and down to earth. He filters information and is positive.
