salary is great, PTO time is fair, medical benefits are great and prem have not been raised

when all the pieces fall together and the store presents well and the team takes pride in what they have accomplished

willing to understand the road blocks and challenges, always willing to try out a new process or a new initiative to stay relevant in the marketplace

learning new things, one would think the grocery retail business is simple but it is always changing and there is always a new way to get the job done and service the customers
