What do you like best about the leadership team?

They stay out of the stores.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We have some great people who try their best for the most part.

What makes you most happy at work?

When there is a rare day when we have double manager coverage in the store.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The store teams in our district support each other. There is no support outside of that.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There is no concern at all about the managers who work in the stores. The work load is unreasonable for the pay we receive.
