Much improvement has been made with diversity and inclusion.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We need to be more aggressive with technology upgrades to streamline work processes.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We need to feel like we matter. Words are said, such as "we care, we are here for you" etc. However the environment doesn't feel like those words are sincere.
