Over many years I have been able to forge relationships with so many people that bring meaningful value to my life. I have been also been given the opportunity to advance, and have, to do other things. I have also been able to provide for my family and provide the things that are important to us.

Over the years retail is ever changing and challenging. However there have been opportunities to advance if you want to. I have been able to advance, mentor and train, and feel as though I have succeeded in helping others do the same.

the ability to talk and socialize

The team work within the store and the distict

Friendships and daily conversations and the relationships that we build

Interaction with customers and associates about non work related topics.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The ability to earn a yearly incentive and we can earn extra money by working sundays and holidays
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We still all work together and help each other out to get tasks accomplished regardless of the situation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
When we have multiple cultures it broadens are own horizons as we learn about different aspects of others lives, likes, dislikes and just how other cultures interact and behave.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical benefits are very good especially as a parent of 4. Also I would say the PTO however the reduction of weeks of vacation over the years for newly hired admn should be looked at.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The direction is very clear however there is multiple overlaps in not only communication but duplication of tasks. There is also not enough emphases on store operations as the number one priority and too many office associates that have no idea how the directives impact the stores
