Appreciation and recognition. Leadership team is only good at pointing out negative.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Team works extremely hard. We Work together and communicate what needs to be done.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Working with a great staff. Being able to show success in the inner cities with associates within the same the neighborhood.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Hours worked without recognition makes me feel undervalued. Inner city stores should get hazard paid some stores work a lot harder than other managers in other stores. There should be a bonus incentive for renovated stores and incentive for developing managers from outside the company.
