They are trying to move the company forward with technology.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Stores are not staffed enough and associates feel under paid for the amount of work expected of them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company puts a lot of work on to the exempt team and I don't feel we are paid well enough for the amount of work we are expected to do.
