It feels sometimes that we have gotten to big, you are just a number and we have lost focus on what is important, happy employees make happy customers, happy customers buy more thus profits go up. Right now we do things just to stay off a list, not because they are the right thing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not so much S&S but benefits have been in decline for years overall everywhere. Compensation has not kept up with even a fraction of inflation.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The plate hasn't gotten any bigger but more and more is pilled on. It feels like it isn't about the customers or the employees anymore.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Overall everyone works together as one team. There are always exceptions but for the most part my co-workers are always there to pick up the baton when needed.
