It's a job, I understand that. It's a grocery store. These days we run the stores off a computer print out. It used to be put product on the shelf and make the customer happy. Now it just audit after audit, and running around making sure all the boxes are checked off on any give computer report.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have no issues working with my team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My daily routine is never routine.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think there is a greater budget to get new exempts yet well trained experienced exempts get a 1% raise yearly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they put sales over long time vested associates. Holidays why is CT open until 5pm on Thanksgiving and MA stores are closed?
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I work 9 to 10 hours a day, there is no lunch. We eat at are desk and every associate is still bothering you.
