Hardwork and caring for the business and sales, even if the company doesn't.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything is negative and they like to call you out on conference call and make you fell terrible.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
To much office work.. We are never on the sales floor. All we do all day is paperwork, conference calls,surveys,etc.. The stores are not offices..
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people...Upper management likes to come in and tell you what your doing wrong but have no answers to anything.. They like to make you feel very uncomfortable..
