On the whole it's been positive. There should be better recognition/advancement opportunities for us as admin. I feel that sometimes hard work goes unnoticed.

Accountability in their job and role.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Typically it's a 6 day work week and sometimes task get repetitive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The 1-5 rating system is flawed. If those ratings factor into employee raises more consideration should be placed when rating associates.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In this store I am in now associates seem happy and take pride in their work. But that attitude varies from store to store.
