What makes you most happy at work?
Helping others and watching them succeed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work hard to lead our teams to success.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really like the 401K company match up to 5%
What do you like best about the leadership team?
When they come into the store they are approachable and do their best to say hello to everyone.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We try to do the right thing by our people. I also really like our values !
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that we hear from them every Tuesday. I think it is important to have direct communication.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I can make my own choice on what package I want. DOWNSIDE: I can no longer have my spouse on my plan.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team as a district is strong, knowledgeable and diverse. My RVP and DD are fantastic to work for. I am very grateful for them.
What makes you most happy at work?
My store manager is great. Very down to earth and humor is a great value that is demonstrated. So long as it's safe, legal, and ethical - having fun is important.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My RVP, Tom, truly cares. He cares about everyone that works for him and with him. I am always greeted with a smile and a kind "hello" whenever I see him. Same for my DD, Darren. That makes me want to do my best so I don't let them down. They are great role models.
