I credit myself as making great observations, with that being said it seems like most people don't like working here but are still here because of the time they've already invested here. The exempt teams seem like they are always working against union members instead of working together

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Being an exempt it feels like my opinion doesn't matter, also i was an external hire and i feel like there was a lot not disclosed about the position that i wish i knew before. The Training was terrible in almost every aspect(Not the trainers)
