Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

raise internal managers pay rate to the same level of pay rate for external new hired managers. Internal managers are the ones that continue to teach, guide, assist and share their experience with new hired managers after their training period.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

appreciate management teams at store level. Specially the ones the have been loyal to and build their careers within the company for several years. Offer equal pay rates between internal managers and incoming new hires with experience from outside companies.
