We work together to get it done.

Staff the stores , fix work schedules

What do you like best about the leadership team?

we do have a lot of communication filter down to us

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We have some very dedicated associates with longevity . I not sure what will happen when they are gone.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We jump thru hoops .Work life balance is terrible , company over promises but under delivers. We never have a consistent schedule , this is the reason we loose so many associates in Management. Need to staff the Admin ranks.
