What makes you most happy at work?
Always something to do or learn different each day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus I received this year was way more than I had expected.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We help each other out with schedule issues and tasks needed to be done. Good team work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have invested in the stores to improve them in different ways and ideas. Re-models, Flash Food, OLP, etc.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is always looking to promote from within and the opportunity is there to advance if you want to.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a team that cares about the customers and making sales. That is a huge help to my job here, that most of the core staff are motivated.
