I enjoy my career at stop and shop. I do wish that we were paid for individual experience rather than a general metric that doesn't translate to everyone

We have different personalities that I would not normally meet outside of work and work well together
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel Stop and Shop does not value loyalty and experience over a college degree. Over 20 years and the newly hired admin starting rate is the same or less than me.
