Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Stop and shop has never done the right thing by me once in the 13 years, were way too top heavy as a company and all of that stress is carried by the in store teams who are forced to do more with less every year and then be held to impossible standards, this used to be a great company.

We all truly work as one team

we all help all make it fun

The team being together working well

The bonus program is obtainable

My customers and my coworkers

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The communication and making sure all are in the know

The people really care, even though hours and sales keep declining

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Not doing 2 jobs for one pay check, the modern exempt workload does not work in store with only 2 assistants

What are some of the best things about your team?

We all know how to do each others job, so when you are not in store not to worry about missing anything
