
Our prices are high and our associates are underpaid. We cannot replace with associates that we lose.
Work needs to be more reasonably delegated onto us. We are often given tasks with no realistic way to get them done without compromising our quality of life.
Upper management seems to be completely out of touch with what actually happens within the stores. They often ask us to reach out for support but very rarely provide that support.
As a salary exempt manager we often have to wear many hats. We are asked to delegate out work but the part time minimum wage associates are unwilling, and when they do the work needs to be checked and often redone. Not only are managers underpaid, but especially out part time associates.
