recognizing what can get done in a 9 hr shift and what is a ridiculous concept

My coworkers are overworked, anxious and nervous that they will get fired when they inevitably do not get everything that is expected of them accomplished
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
NOTHING. The culture is TOXIC. It is built around fear. This survey is the perfect example. We are told to be honest because it is 100% anonymous then we are asked so many indentifying questions that its clear the co WANTS us to think it is NOT anonymous in order to sway the results. sad.
