What is the best part about your compensation package?
My family history has always had a reputation with poor health. With what is provided with the unexpected I believe I will be the 1st generation of my family that will be able to not leave a burden should the unthinkable happens.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The current team I am working with have been together through various roles and appointments. Being together for as long as we have worked together allows us to work off our strengths and weakness. Those weaknesses quickly become strengths as we work together to achieve the desired end result.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work environment that was created at this store has always been lead through example. Not delegating work that we have not done ourselves is a great way to invest in out workers. Being seen doing what is right and what is expected the right way encourages our work ethics and expectations.
