
Fear of failure and not enough tools to keep all balls of the operation in the air
They try their best and even offer help to others when they can. A really good team dynamic
I don't feel undervalued per se,but outside candidates are getting recruited with higher starting salaries that compact the gap between established managers and these recruits haven't even proven they are a good fit, some of which are already struggling or have since left us.
Overall,the leadership team is doing a good job of keeping us focused on company objectives. However,to do this, is creating too many checklists,data accountabilities and metrics that are repetitive. Not all leadership has our best interests as managers in what is required of us day to day.
