We are a new team. I expect to be transferred shortly.
I see associates coming in from other companies that do not have my experience making Hundreds of dollars more then me when I was in the same roll.
Being consistent. Looking at people and not just numbers. We just execute the plan, then leadership expects the same positive results in every store. Reviews should be based squarely on execution of the plan. S&S sells space now to vendors, and blames the stores for item shortfalls.
Upper leadership needs to take ownership of store results, when the stores execute the plans to the best of their abilities and the plan doesn't work. Again we sell space but expect item movements. Hex Bins? Why isn't there Low income, ethnic, high, versions? All 200 stores sell the same items?
