We all work as one team. They are always their to help or answer questions
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My District Direct , is easy to talk on a regular basis, it does not hold anything against you, and tries to help fix the concerns that may arise
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Any prior expect store team does not get the same pay rate as a union member entering into the expect role. Ive been a store manager for almost 1 year and is still making less than some assistance
