Stop & Shop has provided me a rewarding career. They have given me many opportunities to move up and for that I am grateful. Every day I broaden my skillset and improve in my role. I do think the work life balance could improve however.

I feel Stop & Shop's culture facilitates a team work environment and I appreciate the ability to meet so many people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
New exempts are hired off the street with a higher salary than someone working for the company nearly 10 years. A more competitive raise annually would help remedy that.
