The level of cooperation with co workers is great, the support and the understanding with associates is great.
We have the ability to assist with the other departments when a busy rush happens. The amount of people willing to help others is wonderful.
That I'm able to help customers find the product they are looking for, at the price that helps them the most. even when the item they are looking for maybe out of stock my familiarity with products in the store help find an alternate one.
I feel that the company should do more to keep the long term associates, like increase the associate discount which hasn't been done since its inception. The attitude that management has towards those will social and mental anxiety is poor. The people in management need to do better.
