The associates are the only reason I stay with the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More and more work put on associates. Having to attend meetings and making management decisions when not a manager. Compensation is not equal to the complexity of the work. Also, starting to see middle-aged associates being pushed out and younger associates being brought in.
