So far, my overall experience is very positive. I have a manager who is very supportive and team that works well together. I am, for the most part, able to contribute and do my job having only been with the company for a few months.

The leadership team communicates regularly to all employees. They are highly supportive of giving back to our communities.
What makes you most happy at work?
The hands on work we are doing to make a difference to the people in our community. I am most happy being in the field, visiting our non-profit partners and helping out at community events.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We truly act as a team and support each other. I can easily ask questions and any member of my team is always willing to help out. Each member of our team works equally hard and genuinely cares about the work we do.
