I've been here a long time. My pay raises have been horrible - almost a joke. Performance appraisal process is a joke.

Terrible compensation. You work hard but are not rewarded financially.

My team is very friendly and caring. We all care deeply about one another.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Horrible pay raises. Health benefits seem to be geared to people living in PA but not around New England area
