Need to pay better compensate for extra hours worked and over-time days. Needing to work 10 plus hours a day does not create a good environment. Need to hire more people. Paycheck only reflex's 40 hours . Why do I have to work 50?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Feel like male counterparts are paid more and new hires are starting at higher pay and more vacation time. Company is not taking care of loyal employees that have been here longer. One example is new hire gets 3 weeks paid vacation we only got 2 and still have to work 20 years to get 5 weeks should
