My experience at the company has been tremendous. I have learned many different skills over the years and am thankful for everything the company has done for me. My concern is the future of the company and our long term strategy. It seems that the direction we are headed in is not a successful one.

I understand we are going back to office but there should be more flexibility in the schedule.
