Open communication. Often providing praise and sharing best practices so all can reap benefits of sales and strategy

We have a work hard play harder mentality. We genuinely all care for each other and collaborate as a team very well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The qcp is a beautiful environment. The culture is great. Lots of respect for everyone. Leadership truly cares and provides great feedback.
