I have worked for the company for 27 years and have seen many changes over the years. I see more of a shift to compliance and metrics/KPI's. We are loosing touch with the current workforce that drives our metrics/KPI's. We must adjust our culture to get more of our associates not less.

The morale we have created in a year.

Incentive opportunities as well as my Sunday pay.

My district director is still grounded to the day to day challenges we face.

As a store manager I am empowered to create an environment at store level where we can have fun and get the job done.
