We pick each other up when one of is down or struggling to get their particular job done. Teamwork.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are becoming the highest priced retailer. Customers feel prices are just going up and service is going down.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To pay based on experience and time in company. Someone 2 years in making the same as someone 25 years in. Associate with 25 years has more experience and knowledge than the 2 year associate and should be compensated for that.
