What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ability to communicate with my peers and subordinates, and the assistance provided by other sister stores, if and when needs arise
What makes you most happy at work?
Beating Sales and Item trends consistently, writing effective and accurate budgets to hit the needs of the business and service our customers most efficiently
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all are working within the system and structure of the companies SOP's. The team is very engaged, and follow thru has greatly improved since I got to this store at all levels
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My DD, RVP, and DME are very approachable. We are able to discuss issues and concerns. They are good with feedback and direction, and allow the Exempt team to manage effectively at store level
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Personally I like the ability to Work Sundays at a premium pay rate if I so choose. This allows flexibility, if myself or one of my exempt managers need or want additional money, or have a task that they need to focus on at work for completion
