My experience has been very positive. I really enjoy spending time and collaborating with my co-workers. We work hard but we also have fun while doing it. We get to impact the business on an every day basis. It has a very entrepreneurial culture where people are empowered to make decisions.

I love the people I work with. I also really enjoy my job.

The best part is the yearly bonus that has paid out really well in the last couple of years.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People don't take themselves too seriously so we are able to be ourselves and have fun while working hard.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are no egos. Everyone wants to create the best work possible. There is a lot of collaboration taking place.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are smart, caring and kind individuals. They all want what is best for our customers as well as the employees. I really feel like we are in it together.
