My District Director does everything possible to help make a better working environment...

My District Director is phenomenal and is one of the main reasons that I am still in a good frame of mind.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The Stress and nerves just thinking about going to work in this environment is toxic. Stop with the negativity. Stop with forcing us to Manage from reporting.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For what this Company has done to my health and well being these past few years, Higher Compensation would be great but my Health is most important to me right now for myself and my family
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Sincerity and Compassion. As time goes on, especially within this past year my health has declined, my blood pressure has risen to an almost uncontrollable height, nerves are at an all time high that require medication on a consistent basis and the STRESS is at an all time high!!
