I've been very happy during my long career at Stop & Shop. I have received opportunities to develop, both personally and professionally, and feel valued within our company. I love to see the ways we support our communities and adapt to change. I'm excited to see what the future holds for us!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company match for the 401K allows me to help plan for my future when I retire someday.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The communication and support. They drive our company values which in turn gets me excited to execute on them!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our commitment to people development is something I value about Stop & Shop. I have personally received many opportunities to grow and develop, both personally and professionally during my career. I'm very grateful.
What makes you most happy at work?
Receiving recognition for a job well-done. We take the time to celebrate the "wins" and it's always great to hear of the amazing things we do as a team, and to hear positive feedback on things I'm contributing to the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is AWESOME! We support each other in big and small ways. I love to see them succeed and feel as though they love to see me succeed as well. There is a lot of humor, which makes work fun!
