Be more open to change.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish I had more clarity to the amount of work I would be doing prior to accepting the role.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are a lot of things which demonstrate commitment to the cultural values but it's not widely spoken about. I think overall, the department I'm in has very friendly people but I think resistance to change makes it difficult to move forward faster.
