I have been here for 5.5 weeks, training as a NPM. So far it has been a very positive experience overall.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Most seem to be genuinely happy with their roles, and several have over 2 decades of service.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Generally, everyone seems to be willing and even EAGER to show me something related to my training. You can FEEL the team atmosphere here.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping and seeing the entire team achieve a positive result. For me, there is a greater payoff to helping someone achieve a goal, vs collecting personal "wins" yourself
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership in my training location is fantastic for the most part. There is only one member that tends to act bothered when I approach with questions or need direction. The field leadership team has been great, for those I have met (DD and RVP for example)
