There's a ton of diversity within the company. Seeing how inclusive the company is makes me hopeful for my own success.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on my team is very understanding and willing to help me with any questions I may have. I'm comfortable around them. It's a nice work environment because everyone gets along and helps one another.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't understand why external employees start with higher salaries than internal hires. I think that's unfair. I've dedicated years of my life to this company and people can walk in making more than me.
