Union workers seem to be always on the lookout for management slipping up rather than doing thier job
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
no union. fulltimers working a full sunday when needed and it as part of the work week. way too many times do they just focus on themselves and work a 7am-11am or noon shift and leave THEIR departments shorthanded
