What are some of the best things about your team?
We work hard together and laugh even harder, everyone is eager to help, and they feel more like friends rather than cordial coworkers
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to teach the newer people tips and tricks and just interacting with my team in general. The building itself is extremely comfortable
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are genuinely concerned about any challenges you have in and out of the office, and they're attentive in providing one on one training.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
End of the year performance bonuses based on income, availability of overtime and the flexibility I'm allowed in my schedule to maximize my hours
What makes you most happy at work?
The hours, availability to work over time, flexible schedule, and being allowed a bit a freedom around the office as I focus on my tasks
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The diversity in our office and in our leadership. This is also the first company that I've worked for where I have frequently interacted with the CEO in some form or another, and I'm no where near a leadership position.
