Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
My overall experience at Sunnova has been amazing. I came here not knowing that much about solar, in all honesty. I am educated every day, and I am surrounded by people who are eager to teach me, and I am eager to learn. It's really exciting.

Everyone is intelligent, supportive, and uplifting.
What makes you most happy at work?
The unity and the flexibility
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is clean, modern, bright, and cheerful. We have all the modern amenities.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel I'm truly paid what I am worth and the value I bring to the organization.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is supportive of others' needs and if we see someone under a tight deadline, we unite to assist.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was quick and efficient; I went through three rounds (initial screening, then more in-depth, then meeting my future boss).
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy at work is that we live our values: service, synergy, and sustainability. We are all in. Full stop. And we are determined to bring customers an alternative to utility monopolies.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our company's most positive culture or environment is that we remain hungry to succeed. We are a lean, young, ten-year-old start-up that happens to be a publicly traded company. We are moving at a comfortably fast pace that is exciting and intentional.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
What I like best about the compensation package is the diversity of it. It is spread out over a variety of investments. We have a base salary, cash bonus, stock bonus, 401K, employee stock purchase, plus all of the regular healthcare, etc., you would expect.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about our team is our dedication to service. Our dedication to making things right when customers have outages or experience a bad weather event. We are rolling trucks and taking care of people. Our team truly tries to do the right thing every day regarding service.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about the leadership team is that everyone is truly an expert in their field: they bring a wealth of experience to their roles. We've recently brought on two new EVPs, and they are amazing. Michael Grasso also moved to chief revenue officer, which is excellent for us.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me the most happy at Sunnova is we all have a stake in the game here. We drink the same Kool-Aid: we believe in doing well by doing good. Together, we can truly make a difference for the future of our kids, country, and planet. How can you not be happy about that?
