Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Annual raise to match inflation would be great. I feel like I am working more for less pay due to inflation.

I feel I am making less than I am last year as I have not received a salary increase especially with how high inflation is this year. I feel employee should get a annual salary increase base off performance.

I believe a employee should be rewarded for thier performace. If their performace is great, a yearly salary increase should be compensated. I believe in salary increase each year that reflect individual performance. If not, I feel like I'm making less than previous year (time value of money)
