Overall, it has been positive. I am just concerned about the number of people who are burning out and leaving.

They're professional but also not afraid to be themselves.

The performance bonus, the 401k match, and the medical coverage.

There's not enough support for our staff. Everyone is stretched so thin.

The bonus, the paid parental leave, the benefits are very rich, the wfh/hybrid schedule.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working on different projects where I get to learn more, while having the support of my manager and not being micromanaged.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone seems so stressed and uptight. They work through lunch and skip breaks, it's hard to connect when that's the environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the diversity and that I can be myself without having to filter my personality OR my culture out to make sure others are comfortable. I've had to do that a lot in the past in different industries where BIPOC were the minorities.
