It is a different pace than what I came from previously. I struggle at time with feeling like not everyone moves with a sense of urgency - but also understand that sometimes it is better to be steady instead of rushing. I feel that everyone has been welcoming and friendly overall.

Generous PTO package, great holiday schedule and the annual bonus incentive are awesome.

Friendly and approachable - willing to answer questions and talk to anyone at any level.

Feeling like I have a mission to accomplish and being able to meet the mission.

Even though we are large and spread out - our team still makes it feel like family.

I like that they are all very approachable and willing to listen to anyone about anything. Your voice matters.

We all work together really well and try to cover any areas that need help without ego or pointing fingers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the annual bonus plan, where the entire company has to work together towards a common goal and everyone benefits the same.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like my team and all the small things the company does to make the it positive - like the taco tuesdays and star wars day, etc.

I will never forget how friendly everyone was when I first started, from the CEO and down. There are always issues, but I feel like generally everyone works together professionally to make things happen.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love feeling like I can come into a place where my work is valued and I can make an impact. My team is hard-working and dynamic and we do not do group think - everyone is listened to and feedback is valued.
