I have had positive and negative experiences. Sometimes the business hours have kept me from attending events or spending time with my family, but at the same time I am compensated well for my time and that allows the ability to enjoy and financially support my family and enjoy the time we do share

I enjoy the fact that the company I work for is looking to provide sustainable clean energy to the public at affordable prices with programs that can fit almost any budget.

I am a new employee who has been here less than 6 months and can honestly say the personal training and the way I was welcomed as a new member of the team has been great.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have the ability to laugh and joke when the moment calls for it and the break is needed, but when it's time to work and take care of business, EVERYONE on the team is accountable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My favorite part about the team I work with is that everyone seems to truly care about the other members of the team even on a personal level. My managers have proven to me that do want the best for me and my continued employment with Sunnova.
