What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel proud of my direct team. We have devolvement a great co-working culture in which it's a collaborating & motivational environment is promoted.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel because I'm a woman, I don't have the same compensation that a man in the same role has. I know, that peers that have been with the company less time than me, are getting a better salary even when I have a proven success track year over year.
